What Does a Quality Window Installation Look Like?
It looks like a window that was measured before it was ordered, sealed correctly on all four sides, flashed so water goes where it should, and shimmed so it opens as easily in year ten as it did on day one.
The window itself is only half the job. Two identical windows in two identical openings will perform differently depending on how they were put in. Air sealing around the frame, correct flashing and proper shimming decide whether you get the performance you paid for. A mid-range window installed well will outperform a premium window installed poorly.
That is the part we manage closely. We specify the work, schedule it, and inspect it, and an L&L project manager owns your job from the first visit through the final walkthrough. Do You Install Doors Too?
Yes. Entry doors, patio doors, and sliding doors are all part of what we do, and most homeowners are better off replacing doors and windows together.
The reason is practical. Doors and windows share the same exterior details, the same flashing decisions, and the same trim work. Doing them in one project means one crew, one schedule, and details that actually line up where the materials meet. It also means one warranty conversation instead of two.
