Assistant Project Manager

This position is an introduction into the world of residential remodeling and project management. You will work directly with a Senior Project Manager to complete the scope of work from the early stages of estimating, into material sourcing, through production and field work, and finally into contract completion and closeout. The Assistant Project Manager will be responsible for completing assigned tasks and ultimately will earn trust to the point of supervising subcontractors and specified portions of larger projects. Career advancement goal for this position would be to gather enough knowledge through on the job training, to reach the Project Manager position within two years. This position requires basic computer skills and the ability to learn and complete physical, hands-on labor. You will be exposed to: estimating, contract writing, material ordering, scheduling, communication, inspecting, reporting, and various trades.

I am so pleased with My Client Advisor, Ernie from L&L Contractors. I had roof damage this morning from last night's storm. I called at 10:30AM and received an appointment for 1PM the same day AND he even came early. The appointment included a photo and contact information in case I needed to reach him about the appointment. Not only was he prompt, professional and reasonably priced, but I really appreciated Ernie's input regarding the general state of my roof and inspection while he was up there. He even took away the damaged roofing with him. I will definitely reach out to them when I need my complete roof replaced. Laura

L and L Contractors replaced our very old, worn out roof yesterday. Their service was top notch from the very first encounter to the final goodbye. Their communication was excellent and very much appreciated. We enjoyed being able to utilize the website to see our balance, our tentative date and other important details very easily.
