Client Advisor

This position is for a residential and light commercial exterior remodeling sales associate. You will work directly with a Project Coordinator and the Sales Manager to create a contract with the client. As a Client Advisor you will be expected to become a subject matter expert on: residential and light commercial roofing, James Hardie cement siding, and composite decking. Client Advisors are responsible for working with company assigned leads and self-generated leads. It will be your goal to advise each client in what we can offer them to suite the needs of their project.  You will take each lead and work it from the proposal through to the signed contract.This position requires: solid computer and smart phone skills, the ability to learn product details and installation requirements, and excellent time management. The Client Advisor will be exposed to: climbing on roofs, the elements, communication,contract writing and execution, collecting deposits, assisting with change orders, and assisting with 5 star satisfaction throughout the entire process.
