Project Manager

This position is for a residential and light commercial exterior remodeling supervisor. You will work directly with a Project Coordinator and the Operations Manager to deliver the full scope of work as outlined in the contract. As a Project Manager, you will supervise the completion of roof replacements, James Hardie cement siding installations, and composite deck building. Projects will be assigned once a contract is in place, no sales required. The Project Manager will be responsible for the overall management from assignment to closeout, including: client communications, change orders, material confirmations, crew scheduling, direct project supervision, reporting, collections, and final closeout documentation. This position requires:solid computer and smart phone skills, the ability to learn product details and installation requirements,and excellent time management. This is primarily a hands-off position, as all work will be performed by the trades and independent contractors. You will be exposed to:climbing on roofs, the elements, contract review, material ordering, scheduling, communication, inspecting, reporting, and managing various trades and multiple simultaneous projects.
